Strengths

For me, the strongest aspect of the documentary was the extensive use of codes and conventions. Despite the short period of time we were allocated to come up with a documentary utilizing codes and conventions I think we managed to fit in a fair few examples. We included expert opinions, music, text, and we even added footage over the interview like most documentaries.

Weaknesses

From the feedback we received from our peers, the biggest quarrel with the documentary was that it was recorded like a talk show, as you could see Olly asking us the questions. Also it was very difficult to fit all of the codes and conventions and edit the video in the very short time we did, also the dynamics of the group were slightly off as everyone had different ideas about the project.
Although I enjoyed the making of the documentary and found I had a lot of skills within, I don't think I will pick this as my final piece because of organization issues with filming and editing, as well as I think I have greater strengths in other tasks we have been given to complete.
